Cellulite Causes
What Are The Causes Of Cellulite?
The causes of cellulite are:
- lack of exercise
- too much starches and sweets
- and the wrong kind of fats
Cellulite is most often found in women, who produce extra
estrogen. When the liver cannot excrete the estrogen properly, it
encourages fat accumulation in the wrong places
Fatty buildup in the fatty tissues results from an under active
bowel created by poor nutrition and elimination which is incomplete
removal of wastes from the colon, whether or not you have one or two
bowel movements a day.
Lack of exercise and poor circulation are also causes of
cellulite.
Poor lymphatic drainage can be a problem and exercise can help.
This bad fat is trapped between the cells where they are held by
hardened connective tissue and where they collect pockets of water;
toxins and fat that give skin the orange color appearance.
Cellulite occurs when the top layer of skin tissue that surrounds
fat cells becomes rigid and stiff. The fat cells then begin to
either bulge or sag, causing the lumpy, dimpled appearance that
looks unsightly and unattractive.
