Therapy: Hemorrhoids are rarely seen in cultures where
high-fiber diets are consumed. Like so many other disorders,
hemorrhoids could be controlled with a diet low in refined processed
foods and high in whole grains, raw fruits and vegetables. A high
fiber diet will help and prevent hemorrhoids. Drink a lot of liquids
using pure water. Vegetable juices will provide enzymes and minerals
for healing. Carrot, celery, parsley with a clove of garlic will
help heal.. Apples, pomegranates, grapes, organs, carrots, cabbage,
salads using green leafy lettuce and endive are beneficial. Endive
will help in the digestion of food. Whole grains will provide bulk
and prevent constipation. Use millet, buckwheat, brown rice, rye,
barley, wheat, yellow corn (good for constipation), whole oats.
These can be cooked in a thermos for better assimilation and
nutrient content. Avoid refined white flour, white sugar, and the
empty calories found in high-fat junk foods. In addition , coffee,
